Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using advanced diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and monitor network traffic for vulnerabilities
- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Train staff on network best practices and equipment usage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid California driver's license (for site visits)
