Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain company-provided network hardware including routers, switches and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using advanced diagnostic tools provided by the organization
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments with company resources
- Document network infrastructure using company-standard documentation systems
- Provide technical support to end-users using company-provided diagnostic equipment
- Collaborate on network upgrades using company-provided testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards using company-provided compliance tools
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification
- Experience with company-provided network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using company-provided diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (company vehicles provided)
