Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and monitor network performance metrics
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Provide technical support to end-users via remote and on-site assistance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid Missouri driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
