In this role, you will assist in maintaining our network infrastructure, providing top-tier support to clients, and gaining hands-on experience with the latest networking hardware.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure: Set up routers, switches, and cabling infrastructure for new and existing clients.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware malfunctions.
- Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including password resets, software installation, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network changes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of network hardware and perform preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and basic computer navigation is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call rotations.
