In this role, you will work alongside our senior technicians to ensure our clients' network infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficient. Whether you are setting up new workstations, managing cables, or assisting with system upgrades, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Perform basic cable termination, testing, and labeling for Cat6 and fiber optic cabling.
- Support daily IT operations, including printer setup, hardware troubleshooting, and software deployment.
- Document network changes, create diagrams, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Respond to incoming Help Desk tickets and provide technical support to internal users.
- Participate in on-site site surveys and assist with network audits and upgrades.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior technical experience is necessary; we are looking for motivated learners.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to climb ladders and work in various environments (including outdoors).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
