Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols (VPN, ACLs, IDS/IPS)
- Document network topologies and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 3 support during network outages
- Lead network upgrades and capacity planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLANs
- Hands-on experience with VMware and AWS networking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules for system maintenance
- Bachelor's in IT or related field preferred
