Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to identify defects across web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical bugs using JIRA and defect-tracking tools
- Develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and documentation for complex software features
- Perform regression testing, usability analysis, and compatibility checks across multiple platforms
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality metrics
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record in manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and programming languages (Java, Python)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to document complex technical scenarios
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent QA certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
