- Document network topology and configurations using Visio and documentation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular network health assessments and optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN technologies
- Strong knowledge of Cisco and Juniper equipment
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, PRTG)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
