Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve connectivity issues via VPN, LAN, and wireless systems
- Implement network security protocols including ACLs and VPNs
- Document network topology and update configuration records
- Collaborate with cloud teams for hybrid infrastructure management
- Perform capacity planning and bandwidth optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong troubleshooting skills using packet analysis tools
- Knowledge of SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
