- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA timelines
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Implement network security protocols and compliance measures
- Provide tier-2/3 support for network-related user issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in network administration with hands-on Cisco/Juniper experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry certification
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols
- Experience with network monitoring and automation tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
