Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
- Respond to and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 helpdesk tickets efficiently.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new network infrastructure projects.
- Document network configurations and changes accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in network administration or support.
- Cisco CCNA certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
