Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with SLA-driven efficiency
- Document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
- Implement network security protocols including VPNs and VLANs
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet networking hardware
- Proficiency in IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices (NIST, CIS)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
