Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and establish data-driven performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive presentations translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Optimize data pipelines for scalability and ensure data quality across multiple sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL with complex query optimization experience
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical analysis methods
- Proven ability to create interactive Tableau/Power BI visualizations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
