Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement and manage VPNs, firewalls, and security protocols
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture
- Conduct network vulnerability assessments and remediation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Proficiency with packet analysis tools (Wireshark, Fiddler)
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure networking services
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
