Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using advanced diagnostic tools and proactively resolve connectivity issues
- Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable network solutions for clients
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports using ITSM best practices
- Provide Tier-2 technical support for complex network problems and user inquiries
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers and diagnostic tools
- Valid CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification (CCNP preferred)
- Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
