Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across LAN/WAN environments
- Implement network security protocols and access controls
- Document network changes and maintain infrastructure diagrams
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network integration
- Provide tier-3 support for escalated network incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN implementation
- Experience with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and ping tools
- Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Viptela, Cisco SD-WAN)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
