Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Implement VLAN segmentation and security protocols
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and wireless access issues
- Document network topologies and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cloud engineers for hybrid network solutions
- Conduct periodic network vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or CompTIA Network+ certification
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP protocols
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/Junos and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
