Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Design and maintain interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards for executive decision-making
- Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates across digital platforms
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Advanced statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, or ML algorithms
- Proven track record translating complex data into business recommendations
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
