Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and manage VPN/SD-WAN solutions
- Implement security protocols including ACLs, VLANs, and intrusion detection systems
- Document network topology and create detailed maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for network incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent technical expertise
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex network issues
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
