Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Resolve network outages within SLA targets (99.9% uptime)
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and security protocols across hybrid infrastructure
- Document network changes using ServiceNow and Visio
- Support cloud integrations (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN deployments
Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP routing
- Proficient with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installations
