Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with SLA-driven response times
- Document network changes, configurations, and topologies in Visio and ServiceNow
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless security protocols
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network integrations
- Train end-users on network best practices and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/Junos and Fortinet security appliances
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Experience with network monitoring and automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts (1 week/month)
