Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network outages with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network changes using ITIL-compliant processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex network issues
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Network Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with SD-WAN implementation and management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
