Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and resolve outages
- Implement security protocols including VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs
- Document network topologies and create SOPs for maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture projects
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex routing/switching issues
- Conduct capacity planning and hardware lifecycle management
Qualifications
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in enterprise network administration
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
