Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and implement security protocols
- Document network changes and maintain accurate infrastructure diagrams
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to prevent breaches
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network optimization
- Provide tier-3 technical support for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
