Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy network solutions and upgrades
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate technical records
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for network-related user issues
- Conduct regular network maintenance and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (CCNA certification preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
