Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Diagnose and resolve network outages within SLA timeframes
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topology, changes, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cloud teams for hybrid network integration
- Support 500+ endpoints across 3 data centers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CCNP certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP routing
- Proficiency with Wireshark, Nagios, and packet analysis
- Experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet security appliances
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong written communication for documentation and reporting
