Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity issues
- Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect organizational data
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize network performance and scalability
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for network-related user issues
- Conduct regular network audits and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
