Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions with minimal downtime
- Document network topology, configurations, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards
- Manage VPN connections, DNS/DHCP services, and wireless networks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or technical support
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
