Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and WLAN hardware and software.
- Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
- Monitor network traffic and security to prevent unauthorized access.
- Document network topology, configurations, and changes for audit trails.
- Collaborate with IT management to upgrade network systems and implement new technologies.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding network usage.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Certification such as CCNA, Network+, or CCNA Security is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
