Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Implement VPN solutions and security protocols for enterprise clients
- Document network changes and maintain asset inventories
- Provide Tier-3 support for LAN/WAN infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Perform network upgrades and migrations during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installations
- Flexibility for on-call emergency support (rotating schedule)
