Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Troubleshoot VoIP, VPN, and wireless connectivity issues
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Implement security protocols including ACLs and VLAN segmentation
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid network solutions
- Support 50+ users across 3 Pittsburgh locations
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP protocols
- Experience with Juniper and Arista equipment preferred
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge
- Ability to lift 40lbs for equipment deployments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for site visits
