Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware
- Diagnose and resolve complex network outages
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Document network topology and changes
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning
- Mentor junior technicians
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network experience
- CCNA/JNCIA certification required
- Proficiency in Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Nagios
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license
- CompTIA Network+ preferred
