Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement proactive solutions
- Document network topology changes and security protocols
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network optimization
- Provide tier-3 technical support for complex network incidents
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Network Technology or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA/Juniper JNCIA certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
