- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network outages and service disruptions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and infrastructure support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLANs)
- Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS/Azure networking services)
