Responsibilities

- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
- Conduct competitive audits and industry trend analysis to inform strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business goals into elegant user experiences
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile development environments
