Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance for our global user base.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Guide the technical strategy, selecting the right tools and frameworks to drive our 2026 roadmap forward.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest level of software quality.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and senior engineers alike, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimizing system performance and reducing latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Innovation Implementation: Research and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) to keep our platform ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
