Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum-resistant algorithms for next-gen security protocols
- Lead development of neural network orchestration platforms with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 8+ engineers in emerging tech best practices and ethical AI development
- Collaborate with research teams to prototype 2026-era autonomous systems
- Optimize microservices infrastructure for 10M+ daily transactions
- Drive CI/CD pipeline innovations using GitOps and chaos engineering principles
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, Go, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Proven track record with distributed systems (Kubernetes, gRPC, Kafka)
- Advanced ML certifications (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and research publication experience
- Strong background in cybersecurity and zero-trust architectures
- Experience with AWS/Azure quantum computing services
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
