Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable quantum computing architectures and hybrid AI systems.
- Protocol Standardization: Define and enforce the technical standards and protocols required for Year 2026 compliance across all digital assets.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performance engineering team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to integrate quantum solutions into core business workflows.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations for maximum efficiency.
- R&D Strategy: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in quantum mechanics and AI to guide our R&D roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, multi-dimensional engineering problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
