Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms and circuit architectures for next-generation computing solutions.
- Lead the technical roadmap for integrating quantum hardware with classical AI systems.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging quantum technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance team of quantum engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex quantum concepts into user-friendly applications.
- Ensure system security, stability, and performance across all quantum deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and optimization theory.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes R&D environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
