Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity interface architectures for next-generation AI-driven platforms and neural interfaces.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, performance, and security standards.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and product managers to translate futuristic user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize user experience workflows to minimize latency and reduce cognitive load.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct research on emerging spatial computing, haptic feedback, and immersive web technologies.
- Guide the technical strategy for integrating third-party AI APIs into our proprietary interface layer.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, UX design, or interaction engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance web or mobile applications that handle real-time data streams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Deep expertise in WebGL, Three.js, React, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, state management, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
