Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead high-impact workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Identify and prioritize disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Produce visionary reports and presentations that synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with proven 2020+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative discipline (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends across AI, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Review)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
