Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing 2025+ trend analysis and scenarios
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with AI, biotech, and climate tech trend forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
