- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation
- Present future vision to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience scaling foresight programs in Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
