Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, metaverse) with C-suite executives
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, CES, and UN summits
- Design ethical governance protocols for AGI and neuro-implant technologies
- Manage a global team of 12 futurists and data scientists
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on future-of-humanity research initiatives
- Advocate for responsible innovation in congressional policy briefings
Qualifications
- 15+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or emerging tech research
- Published author in Nature or Harvard Business Review on technology trends
- Expertise in systems thinking, exponential technology forecasting, and ethical frameworks
- Track record advising Fortune 100 C-suite on digital transformation
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with quantum computing and neuro-interface research
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global client engagement)
