Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging tech trends shaping 2026 (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, autonomous ecosystems)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for long-term innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for market readiness
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive future landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or tech innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
