Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ corporate foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Translate future scenarios into strategic roadmaps, guiding R&D investment and market expansion decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Present future intelligence to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to build organizational foresight capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future outlooks or implemented innovation strategies
