- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design future-proof business models and strategic partnerships for emerging ecosystems
- Chair cross-functional innovation labs with engineers, designers, and industry experts
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or executive technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two category-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Fluency in scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
