Responsibilities
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor global tech trends to predict and validate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape, such as AGI integration and decentralized networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a 3-5 year innovation roadmap, aligning futuristic tech initiatives with business goals and revenue streams.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for experimental technologies, managing a team of R&D engineers and data scientists.
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances with research institutions, startups, and tech pioneers in the quantum and AI space.
- Patent Strategy: Lead the intellectual property strategy, identifying high-value innovations that can be patented and commercialized by 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical future-state concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent years of high-level experience.
- Experience: 10+ years in a senior technical role, with a proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or working in R&D labs.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and pivot strategies accordingly with minimal guidance.
- Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
