Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework across global markets
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and analyzing disruptive technologies
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and trend impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build foresight capabilities
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons for 2026+ solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
