Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in predictive analytics and scenario modeling frameworks
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy at executive level
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, technological, and climate trends
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, WFS) preferred
